Estimate requests are processed through our 360 CRM website forms system when the online form is available. Service providers that host the website, process forms, store project information or deliver communications may handle information as needed to provide those services. A provider’s access for these operational purposes does not authorize use of your information for its own marketing.
The form system may collect technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, submission identifiers and a record of the consent text and your choice. These records support security, request processing and consent management. Optional photos are submitted to private form storage rather than published in the website gallery.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging consent is optional, separate from submitting an estimate request, and not a condition of purchase. We do not infer consent simply because you provide a phone number.

Cookies and security checks
This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers in its current implementation. Essential hosting and form services may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. When enabled for a form, Cloudflare Turnstile provides a security check before submission and processes information under its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Project and contact information is retained as needed to respond to requests, manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online system can promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive identity documents, payment credentials or unrelated personal information through an estimate request.
